Updated Legal Insight software a hit with users
"We are doing well with Client Management" is how the Controller of a 53 attorney law firm described his firm's experience of using the new client accounting module of the Legal Insight law firm software. To improve the user experience, agent processes are provided for activities that might take more than 10 seconds. All table accesses and reports are automatically customized for each user. The system tracks which records each user accesses and what report options were most recently used. Online help has a context-aware feature for emailing comments and questions to Versys.
